I'm knackered

So, it's Robbie's birthday today...16 already!  I was snoozing quite happily then got a 'phone call to say that he had gone over on his ankle on the bus, could I pick him up.  Went to get him had a quick look at offending limb, dropped him off at home with instructions to let me know how he got on through the day and set off for work.

Had 3 hours to sort all the paperwork and pay all the drivers.  Sounds like loads of time but trust me, when you're chasing them for paperwork, they aren't very forthcoming!  Managed to do it all with an hour to spare!  Go me!  Got all the monthly accounts out and in the post...yay!  All running to schedule!

Boss has a new mobile and can't work out how to get all his contacts off his SIM card and onto his 'phone.  "Have you read the manual"?  "No, I suppose I'd better".  "Yeah, might help cos I don't have that 'phone and have no idea how it works".  It's a Nokia 5800 with all sorts of bits and pieces.   I quote,"Why can't I just have a 'phone that makes calls and texts"?  "Why didn't you order one instead of that then"?  "I don't know".  I have the Nokia 6220 Classic, nice and easy to use but with one or two extras if you want them.  The upshot of it all is, he only wants it so he can use Google Latitude.

Gets to 6pm and I'm trying to transfer the 'phones to the night office but the line's not working.  Bloody brilliant.  Anyway, with one thing and another (far too boring to go into detail), it was 6.30pm before I got out.

Poor dogs hadn't had their morning walk cos I'd had to pick Robbie up so I took them to a field 2 minutes drive away and just let them run riot.  Kizzie loved it!

Now I have to make something to eat cos I'm starving but I don't know what.
