Yes and yes. I think it's difficult when you're actually going through it all though. I genuinely thought my first husband was my true love and I certainly fell for him as soon as I saw him and before I'd ever spoken to him I knew I'd marry him but then I met my second husband online before I met him in the flesh and something just clicked...then we met and the rest is history. (It was probably more like lust at first sight with current husband though)

Date: 2009-03-13 10:28 am (UTC)Once fell for a girl essentially straight away. First time she stayed over (third or fourth date I think) it went something like this ... three days later we'd figured she was staying and she muttered something about "I suppose we better go home and get my stuff". :D
Years later I still regret that one didn't work out.
