This is the registration number of the silver Citroen whose owner knocked Paul's bike over, picked it up and then buggered off.  So, cheers mate!  We're still waiting for one insurance payout, the only thing my husband has to get him out of the house and have the teensiest bit of fun is his bike and you don't even have the decency to stop and give him your details.  Well guess what?  We have a witness, and we have reported you to the police!  Good luck weedling your way out of that one you arrogant shit!
