Should some parts of celebrities' lives be off-limits to the public, or is giving up privacy a fair price for being famous?

Yes they should.  I wouldn't want everyone to know what I get up to when I'm not at work.  No, I know it's not the same but they're still entitled to a life.  I do believe that when they're out in public and don't make any effort to disguise who they are and then get p*xxed off because people are annoying them, they only have themselves to blame because without Joe Public, they wouldn't be where they are but I believe a lot of the poublic think they 'own' celebrities.  It's a difficult one really, it's like having your cake and eating it isn't it?

From Dr. Polidori's Lord Ruthven to Stephenie Meyer's Edward Cullen, the annals of vampire lore are filled with attractive, charming bloodsuckers. Which one would you most want to be bitten by?

Ooooohhhhh difficult question but it would have to be Dracula himself...or maybe Spike?  Edward or Jasper would be good...

Are you friends with your parents?

Is there anything in your family that has been passed down from generation to generation, or from family member to family member? What is it? And who do you plan to pass it on to?

Up to now there hasn't been anything really but my grandmother gave me her mother's wedding ring a few years ago and that will go to my daughter and everntually, hopefully, to her daughter.  My family isn't particularly sentimental about stuff like this but I'd like to think that my grandmother and I have started a tradition.

Have you ever read someone's private writings (journal, diary, email, letters, etc.) without their permission?

When you have to study or get work done, what music (if any) do you put on to help you concentrate?

It varies.  We have the radio on at work...it's awful in our office if there's no music.  At home I'll probably just listen to what's on my laptop or iPod...a good mixture so it doesn't get boring!

Have you ever won a contest, drawing, or lottery? What was the prize?

When I was about 10 I won a "Miss Hotpants" competition in our village.  The prize was a mahoosive box of chocolates lol

I won a draw when I worked at a computer store.  The prize for that was an 'experience day' which I didn't go on, I traded it for smaller things to give to my children.

If you had to choose between your friends and your significant other, who would you choose?

It depends on the situation and what the outcome would be.  This isn't something you can answer just like that.

No matter what language you speak, you've probably come across words or phrases in another language that sound better than their equivalents in your native tongue. What's your favorite word or phrase in a foreign language?

Straßenbahn-Haltestelle - tram stop.  I love it.  One of the words I remember quite clearly from O level German!

Do you think that animals feel regret?

Yes, I do but I don't think they realise it's regret

Do you still use a landline at home, or do you rely completely on your cell phone?

We still use our landline because we pay a bit extra each month for free calls and Paul is on PAYG mobile.  We also use our landline for calls that wouldn't be free on my cellphone.  I rely on my cellphone though as I have over 10 hours free calls and 1000 texts on my contract which is more than enough.

It's the first day of the month. If you could have one wish come true this month, what would it be?

Very shallow and mercenary but I wish Paul's compensation could be sorted.

Second one was when Paul and I split up in June 2004. )
