It's really little wonder that they're struggling. Once again we have been waiting for something to be delivered, we'd paid extra for next day delivery, on going to the tracking site, were told that an attempt to deliver it was made this morning. Errr, no, it wasn't, but I bet I know where he did try to deliver it! I rang Customer Service and they took my number, rang me back after about an hour and said he would call back with it. True to his word, he turned up about half an hour ago. He didn;t use sat nat, he did have the correct postcode but he's not from round here so he didn't know there were 2 Windsor Road's within a mile of each other! What???? I give up.

there have been strikes as well, but yeah, we've had cards through the door saying we didn't answer when the door never went at all cause Tip lets the whole town know if someone knocks, there is no way to NOT know someone is there. Royal Mail is as good as ParcelFarce these days.

It's just so bloody annoying. When he came back he admitted he'd gone to the wrong address. I checked the address label and ALL the information he needed was on there. *head - desk*
